Throughout the winter season, we will have outdoor recess as long as it is above freezing outside.  Please make sure that students are dressed appropriately and have hats, gloves, and warm coats.

Parents are not permitted to drop off any forgotten items to school including lunch, homework or musical instruments. The only exceptions are glasses or medication. Students who do not have a lunch will be given lunch from the cafeteria.

  • Throughout the year students should be in line at 8:20 a.m. They will be escorted into school by a teacher. The late bell will ring at 8:30 a.m. Students entering at or after 8:30 must report to the office for a late pass. Any student not seated in their classroom by the 8:30 bell is considered late. The school yard and surrounding areas are not supervised in the morning, therefore children should not arrive to school before 8:15 a.m.
  • Before care is available starting at 7:00 a.m. Please visit for more information.
  • Breakfast is available for purchase at 8:00 a.m.


  • Kindergarten and Grade 1 - 11:05 a.m. – 11:50 a.m.
  • Grades 2 & 3 – 11:30 a.m. – 12:20 a.m.
  • Grades 4 & 5 – 11:55 p.m. - 12:45p.m.
  • Lunch may be purchased at school or brought from home. Children who will be eating at home must be picked up by a parent/guardian from the main office. A note must be sent into school to let your child’s teacher know that he/she will be going home for lunch. 
  • Elementary Student Lunch $3.00
  • Reduced Price Lunch .40
  • Elementary Student Breakfast $1.60
  • Reduced Price Breakfast .30 
  • Bottled water is available for purchase  


  • On regular session days, dismissal is at 2:50 p.m. 
  • On shortened session days, dismissal is at 12:30 p.m.
  • Students should bring a healthy snack on shortened session days.
